A studio rooted in
the shore community.

Asbury Park Dance & Yoga was born from a simple belief: that movement should be accessible, joyful, and supported by the right tools. What started as a small dance studio on Mattison Avenue has grown into a full-service space for dance, yoga, and the retail products that keep our community moving.

We serve dancers and yogis of every age and ability — from toddlers taking their first steps in rhythm to adults finding their practice, from competitive performers to weekend wellness seekers. Our classes are taught with care, our shop is stocked with what we actually use, and our door is always open.
